Atelier Paulland reserves the right to cancel any Order at any time, for any reason. If Atelier Paulland cancels your Order, you will be refunded the full amount of your Payment.
6. Payments
All Payments must be made in full before Atelier Paulland begins sewing your Garment. Atelier Misura Miura accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
7. Delivery
Atelier Misura Miura will ship your Garment to the address that you specify when you place your Order. Atelier Misura Miura is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Atelier Paulland will accept returns and exchanges of Garments that are not damaged and that are in their original condition. To return or exchange a Garment, you must contact Atelier Paulland within 30 days of receiving your Garment.
Atelier Paulland is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged Garments.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including all text, images, and videos, is the property of Atelier Misura Miura and is protected by copyright. You may not use any of the content on the Website without the express written consent of Atelier Paulland.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
